Sold Quilt - County Lines

$125.00

This quilt has been reduced to 50% of its original price.  It features dramatic cotton fabrics imported from various West African countries, mainly Senegal. These prints are manufactured for traditional clothing, but I've been using them to make bold and durable quilts for years. Motifs include Adinkra tribal symbols and primitive motifs in black, shades of olive green and white with metallic gold accents. A traditional Three African Women panel has been appliqued onto the bottom right corner for added focus.

The pattern called County Lines is a commercially available pattern designed by Mountainpeak Creations to showcase large scale prints. My retired store sample is being sold with permission. Details of the machine quilting in coordinating thread can be seen in the closeup photo. The quilt measures 48" x 58" and is most appropriate for a throw or large wall hanging. There is a flat sleeve across the back of the quilt for easy hanging. *Please note that this quilt should not be laundered due to the sensitive nature of the gold metallic paint.*

I have been creating and selling superior quality, beautiful quilts for almost 25 years. Satisfaction is guaranteed! All of my quilts are sewn with 100% cotton fabrics from my revolving stash, ensuring that every quilt is one of a kind. I also use 100% cotton threads and Hobbs 80% cotton/20% polyester heirloom batting, making the quilts washable and durable.
